The Drizzle Factory Gem Pod offers convenient usage with the following quick start guide:

  1. Unlocking/Locking: Press the button five times rapidly (within approximately two seconds) to unlock the device. The LED will flash to indicate successful unlocking. Before storing the Gem Pod in a pocket or bag, return it to the locked state using the same procedure.
  2. Charging: If the Gem Pod arrives with no battery charge, charge it for approximately 1.5 hours before use.
  3. Airflow Issues: If you experience limited or no airflow when inhaling, it may be due to a clog. This is normal, as distillate can be very viscous at room temperature. Simply press the button for about two seconds to pre-heat the coil, then inhale to clear the clog. You can release the button after pre-heating.
  4. Dual Mode Operation:
    • Regular Strength: For a standard pull, simply inhale to activate the air switch, similar to using the Original Pens. No need to press the button.
    • Stronger Hit: For a more intense pull, hold down the button while inhaling. You can also use the button as a “pre-heat” function to achieve a more concentrated hit.
